Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules and guidelines governing the use of services, platforms, and digital resources provided by PT Divistant Teknologi Indonesia ("Divistant", "we", "us", or "our"). This AUP is incorporated into and supplements our Terms of Service.
By accessing or using any Divistant service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services.
2. Scope
This AUP applies to all users of Divistant's services, including but not limited to:
- SaaS products and cloud-based platforms
- APIs and developer tools
- Managed services environments
- Client portals and dashboards
- Communication channels provided by Divistant (support, chat, email)
- Any systems or infrastructure operated by Divistant on behalf of clients
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Divistant's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this AUP, our Terms of Service, and any applicable Service Agreement. Acceptable use includes:
- Using services for legitimate business operations as intended
- Accessing and managing your own data and accounts
- Integrating with our APIs in compliance with our documentation
- Collaborating with other authorized users within your organization
- Reporting bugs, vulnerabilities, or issues through proper channels
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Divistant's services to:
a. Illegal Activities
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Facilitate or promote illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or terrorism
- Store, distribute, or transmit content that violates intellectual property rights
b. Security Violations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, account, or data
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written authorization
- Deploy or distribute malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or any other harmful code
- Intercept, monitor, or tamper with data not intended for you
- Circumvent or disable security features, authentication mechanisms, or access controls
c. Network and System Abuse
- Launch denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or flood attacks
- Consume excessive system resources in a way that degrades service for other users
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without prior written consent
- Engage in cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities on our infrastructure
d. Content Violations
- Upload, store, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harassing
- Distribute spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or phishing content
- Host or link to content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
- Upload content that contains personal data of others without proper authorization
e. Service Integrity
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our services
- Reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or redistribute our services without authorization
- Remove or alter proprietary notices, labels, or marks
- Use our services to develop a competing product or service
5. System and Network Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts and credentials. You agree to:
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties
- Use strong, unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication where available
- Notify Divistant immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to your account
- Ensure that any systems you connect to our services meet reasonable security standards
- Cooperate with Divistant in investigating security incidents that may involve your account
6. Email and Communication
When using communication features or services provided by Divistant, you agree to:
- Not send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) through or using our services
- Not forge email headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of communications
- Comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including obtaining proper consent for marketing communications
- Provide a functioning opt-out/unsubscribe mechanism in all commercial communications
7. Resource Usage and Fair Use
Divistant's services are designed for fair and reasonable use. We reserve the right to implement fair use limits to ensure service quality for all users. This includes:
- API rate limiting to prevent excessive automated requests
- Storage quotas as specified in your Service Agreement
- Bandwidth limitations to maintain optimal performance
- Compute resource allocation consistent with your subscription tier
If your usage significantly exceeds normal patterns, we will contact you to discuss appropriate adjustments before taking any action.
8. Monitoring and Enforcement
Divistant reserves the right to monitor usage of our services to ensure compliance with this AUP. However, we are not obligated to actively monitor all content or activities. Monitoring may include:
- Automated security scanning and threat detection
- Reviewing usage patterns for anomalies
- Investigating reports of policy violations
- Cooperating with law enforcement when required by applicable law
All monitoring activities are conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, we encourage you to report it promptly. You can report violations through:

Please include as much detail as possible, including relevant timestamps, URLs, user identifiers, and a description of the violation. We will investigate all credible reports and take appropriate action.
10. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at Divistant's sole discretion:
- Warning: Written notice of the violation with a request to remedy the issue
- Content Removal: Removal or disabling of content that violates this policy
- Suspension: Temporary suspension of access to some or all services
- Termination: Permanent termination of the account and all associated services
- Legal Action: Pursuit of legal remedies, including reporting to law enforcement authorities
For severe violations (e.g., illegal activity, security breaches, or imminent harm), Divistant may take immediate action without prior notice. For other violations, we will generally provide a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue before suspension or termination.
11. Changes to This Policy
Divistant may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
