1. Introduction


PT Divistant Teknologi Indonesia ("Divistant") is committed to conducting business with the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism. This Code of Ethics reflects our core values — CIRCCA (Collaboration, Integrity, Respect, Customer-Centricity, Continuous Improvement, Accountability) — and guides how we interact with our clients, partners, employees, and the communities we serve.


This Code applies to all Divistant employees, contractors, officers, and anyone acting on behalf of the company.

10. Reporting & Whistleblowing

  3. We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith

11. Compliance & Enforcement


All Divistant employees and representatives are expected to understand and comply with this Code of Ethics. Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or business relationship, and may also lead to legal consequences where applicable.


We regularly review and update this Code to reflect evolving standards and best practices.
